William Seidelman's Obituary
Born January 19, 1932 in Tacoma, WA, passed away June 8, 2006 in Tacoma, at age 74. Bill was a graduate of Lincoln High School class of 1950 and he served two tours in the Air Force Reserve, during the Korean War. Bill retired from the City of Tacoma as a mechanic, and also worked for Baxter manufacturing in Orting, WA. He owned SeidelmanÂ's Racing Enterprises which designed, restored and fabricated custom racing automobiles. Bill was a long term member in the WRA, WMRA, USAC, West Coast Vintage Racers, and was a Hall of Fame member of the Golden Wheels. He was preceded in death by his wife, Virginia, in 1987, his father, William Sr., and his mother, Lois. He is survived by his life partner, Marlene Bergren, and children Joy (Mike) Kennard, Mark (Cathy), Glen (Cheryl Ann), Ann Marie, Linda, Virginia (Bruce)Holderith, Beth (Craig) Clemens, Donna (David) Royle, Erik (April) Bergren; brother Don, sisters Carol (John) Moosey, Susan (Max) Whittlesey, and Leanne; and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
