William B. Caldwell Col. USAF Ret.William B. Caldwell was born October 3, 1938 and passed away at his home on December 10, 2002. He was in the US Air Force for 30 years. He retired in 1990 at Hickam Air Force Base in Hawaii.He is survived by his wife of 42 years Jane, mother Sybel Caldwell, sons William Caldwell (Terri), Christopher Caldwell (Holly), Daughters Kathryn (Christopher) Lamb, Mary (Christopher) Calkins and grandchildren Christopher, Amanda, Alexandra, Jacob, Andrew, Dylan and Zachary.Funeral Mass will be on Saturday, December 14, 2002 at St John Bosco, 10508 112th St SW, Lakewood, WA 98498, (253) 582-1028. Burial will be held at Arlington National Cemetery in Washington, DC. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 102454, Atlanta, GA 30368-2454
