To Troy's cherished and beloved wife and daughter. Nothing can replace your Husband and father. I am deeply saddened by this event. He contacted me recently after searching for over twenty years. He was a special dude. I mentored Troy on the U.S.S. Frederick we worked side by side in a cramped office for three and a half years. He was a special young man always eager to learn. In those early days no one would give him a opportunity. The rest is His-story that I know he shared. He is and ancestors now. May he finally rest among the ancestors that show us the way to the future. Ase'

I was stationed with Troy at Moffett Field, CA in the late 90’s, he worked for me in the military pay section at the base’s Personnel Support Detachment. Troy was a self starter who was always willing to help where needed. He shared many great ideas to help make our unit run more smoothly and efficient. We had kept in touch up until recently. His passing is a shock and I send my deepest condolences to his family and friends. He will never be forgotten.
To The Atwell Family,We are so sorry to hear that Troy is no longer with us.It came as a complete surprise.Troy worked with us on advertising through Thyrv for our business. He was always professional wanting to go out of his way to be helpful. He shared God in the mix of his work.He was a great human that will be truly missed.
