Theodore Carl Crest's Obituary
Ted was born on January 31st, 1938 to Joe and Lillian Crest in Tacoma WA. After graduating from Franklin Pierce High School he joined the National Guard, serving for three years. He then went on to vocational school which led to a long career in the automobile industry.
In 1963 Ted was wed to Barbara (Skore), going on to have 3 children – Joe, Mary & Carla.
After retiring, Ted split his time between Orting and Winchester Bay OR, where he enjoyed his true passion of fishing and crabbing. He also greatly enjoyed spending time with his 6 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
Ted was preceded in death by his mother Lillian, his Father Joe, and his nephew, Earl Anderbery.
He is survived by his wife, Barbara; his children Joe (and wife Nivia) Crest, Mary (and husband Scott) Hamann and Carla (and husband Ryan) Kneadler; his six grandchildren, Veronica, Cynthia, Joey, Madison, Grace and Henry; and his great grandchild, Noella.
