Ted was born on January 31st, 1938 to Joe and Lillian Crest in Tacoma WA. After graduating from Franklin Pierce High School he joined the National Guard, serving for three years. He then went on to vocational school which led to a Read Obituary
Ted was a wonderful brother. He taught me how to play baseball, H-O-R-S-E basketball, make flies for fishing, and we would have "nail hitting" contests in our chicken-house, to see who could drive it in the fastest. Dad had a keg of nails and never questioned us as to where they went. LOL He also tried to teach me to drive in the back field. Dad never questioned the "path" we made back there either. As we got older and may have lived miles apart, we always kept in touch. I will miss him forever, but we will see each other again when we all get to Heaven. Love you, Ted.
