I am sorry
Jim and I are so very sorry to hear of Sue's passing. We remember how kind and loving she was to my mom, Helen Weiss, especially after dad died.
Our sincere condolences to Norm and their children and families.
May God bring you all peace and comfort during this time
It was a pleasure sharing our Sunland Estates lifestyle with Susan, her husband Norm and the Hansen family. The Happy Hour on their porch, patio or down at the park was always a pleasant end to the day that sometimes included an afternoon gathering at the sand dune, a drift along on the river or that once in a lifetime solar eclipse.
There was also the occasional venture off to different ski locations to challenge our abilities on the above sea level territory.
Susan will be greatly missed, Barbara, Tim and the Anderson children Matthew and Amy.
Susan was such a wonderful woman and good friend. We had many fun years of tennis. Sally, Janet, Susan & myself knew how blessed we were to have so many fun times together playing tennis and trying to remember what the score was. Susan finally started bringing chalk to our games because we all had such bad memories. When one of us couldn't play Norm would stand in for us, he was much better than us but we had fun. I will miss her a great deal and regret that I couldn't see her one last time. My heart breaks for her family. She loved them so much and was so proud of them. Every time I went to get my hair cut she'd update me on all the latest.
I will continue to pray for her family. Prayers for God's peace ,strength and comfort in this difficult time.
