Theresa Gumpert
She was an amazing mother to raise 5 children on her own... during the 60s and 70s. She befriended my mom (Chung Yarnell) and our family way before we moved in next door to the Fruge's. I think both women worked together at a "dry-cleaners" when they met. I remember listening to the two of them laughing. "Ohhhhh... Chung...." she would say in her low gravelly voice with a twinkle in her eyes and that sideways glance. She always wanted me to call her by her first name - Sumiko - such a lovely name. Mrs. Fruge' always seemed too formal for her. My love and heartfelt condolences to the Fruge' family. God's blessings be with you.
