Steven Claiborne Kusander
We said goodbye to our beloved Steven on Friday, July 24th. His pain is gone, and ours has begun.
Steven was born in Mobile, Alabama January 29th, 1955 to parents Richard E. (deceased) and Joanne (Murphy) Kusander. He was one of five very close siblings. He leaves behind brothers Richard and Henry Kusander and sisters Julie Martin and Cherie Morgan. Steven is also survived by his son, Steven Richard Kusander and his mother Joanne Kusander.
Steven was truly a free spirit and loved by many folks far and wide. He spent the last few years living and working on Herron Island. He found peace and fellowship there, where he loved to fish.
Our family will be holding a Celebration of Life at 11:00 AM on Saturday August 15 at Redeemer Lutheran Church in Fircrest.
