I didn't learn of Steve's passing until I read about donations in his memory in the Rabbit Advocates Spring 2015 newsletter. I'm so sad for Becky, his family, his pets, and everyone else who knew Steve. Steve's life was much too short, but memories of him are forever. Steve was always a day-brightener at Rabbit Advocates Outreaches, where they brought their beloved bunnies for grooming and socializing. -- Elizabeth Olson
As an old high school friend of Steve's, i want to express my deepest sympathies. I wished it were more possible for us to have stayed in touch over the years but i do remember fondly, Steven and I sharing barbs over having to have to wear braces and retainers. Steve was more like a brother to me than my real brothers. That should speak volumes. I'm glad that we were able to see each other frequently during the last few years; I was able to tell him what he meant to me. He didn't say much, but had a look on his face that told me he appreciated what I had told him. I am a better man because of Steve.
