Sandra J. Daulton's Obituary
Sandra J. Daulton passed away August 23, 2006 in University Place. She was born April 16, 1935 in Hot Springs, Arkansas to Coleman and Naomi Lawson. Sandra was a military wife and devoted mother as well as a Registered Nurse at Mary Bridge ChildrenÂ's Hospital. She was active with The Tacoma Orthopedic Assoc. Guild. She particularly enjoyed volunteering her time at the gift shop at Mary Bridge in her later years. She helped each year with The Festival of Trees to raise money for the children. She liked to quilt and sew in her free time. Sandra also attended Mason United Methodist Church in Tacoma.Sandra was preceded in death by her 1st husband Richard L. Paxton, 2nd husband Charles W. Daulton, son John Paxton, her parents, and her sister, Sue.She is survived by her companion Mel Bumgardner, brother Â"BuddyÂ", sisterÂ's Naomi and Gay, daughters Patricia Charron and Nina Marie (Jan) Paxton, Arlene Daulton, Susan Cochoran, and three grandchildren Phillip, Hillary, and Jordan.A memorial service will be held at Mountain View Valley Chapel on Friday, September 1st at 2:00 PM. She will be inurned in Mountain View Memorial Park.Memorial donations may be made to Franciscan Hospice or The Tacoma Orthopedic Assoc. Guild.
