Ruth Winifred Nichols' Obituary
Ruth Â"PatÂ" NicholsPat was born March 22, 1926 in Tacoma to Fay and Winifred Michaud. She passed away Wednesday June 25, 2003.She was preceded in death by her husband, Nick and her brother, Warren. She is survived by her sister, Violet Harlow (Roy); her son, Don Norris (Glenna) of Lake Tahoe, CA, her daughter, Susan Hilsendeger (Tom) of Puyallup; and her son, David Nichols (Vicky) of Salina, KS. She is also survived by five grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Pat will be greatly missed especially by her granddaughter, Sarah with whom she had a special relationship, her favorite niece, Diana, and her special friend, Louisa.At her request there will be no services, a family gathering will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made to the Tacoma Humane Society.
