Just wanted to say how much Uncle Bob will be missed, by me and my dad Jack Shaffer. So happy we had the chance to visit with him and enjoy his company in the last few months. Our prayers are with Mary, and all of Uncle Bob's kids and family....time will help heal, but the memories will always be strong and will always be there to remember.

We will miss Bob every day. We loved talking with him, he knew everything and he always had good advice. My Dad Jim Cassidy and my Grand Father James Cassidy Sr. knew him from IBEW Union. Our very good friends are Ptrice, Ptrick, Payton and Mary. We know how special they were to Bob.
Your friends,
Glen Mills and Angela Cassidy##imported-begin##Angela & Glen##imported-end##
Grandpa Bob always brought a smile to everyone’s face. He was a wonderful role model, always concerned about others, and an awesome grandfather. I would not change one thing about him. My life is filled with cherished memories of him and it is hard to accept this reality. I love and miss him.##imported-begin##Eric Christensen##imported-end##
Bob has been a true blessing in my family's lives.
Bob...
The love of my Mom's life and her best friend,
A father to my sister and I,
A grandfather to our boys,
A father-in-law to our men,
And someone who cared for my grandmother.
I could not have asked for a better one. He was the best.
We miss and love him so much...##imported-begin##Cindy Christensen Higginson##imported-end##
I consider myself lucky to have had the pleasure of knowing Bob. I was always impressed with Bob's passion for life and deep and abiding desire to raise the fortunes of those around him. Bob was a generous soul who freely lifted the spirits of others. Bob lived a creed of doing something positive for someone every day, with no expectation of anything in return or "it didn't count." If only everyone in the world lived by Bob's example, what a better place if would be. He will be missed...##imported-begin##Jeff Higginson##imported-end##

Bob was a joy to hang out with, and to talk with about family and his loved ones. He was like a great "father in law" to me, and I cherish our "war stories" and talks of the military "then and now". Bob had some great experiences in the U.S. Navy and he loved to share those, and he even had some good things to say about the U.S. Air Force! Just kidding; he loved to hear about my experiences in the USAF as well. Bob was like a great bottle of red wine, he only got better with age. We will all miss Bob and his wonderful companionship.##imported-begin##Marc and Janet Christensen##imported-end##
