After a lengthy illness, Dr. Bob passed peacefully in his sleep, September 2, 2009. He was born in Chicago, October 1, 1928. He lived in St. Louis, MO, where he graduated from Washington University School of Medicine in 1954. He served as a captain in the U.S. Army, Fort Lewis from 1955-1957.
