Deacon Rob will always be in my heart. My fondest memory: I took a class at TCC in which Deacon Rob was the instructor. When it came time to take our first test, he informed us that we could not use our notes but that we could use our bible. He said that if our notes were written in the Bible "that was fine"
When we asked him what the difference was between using our notes and using our bible with notes in them, he responded, "If you write your notes in the bible then you will always have what I am teaching to you" I think we all went out and bought new bibles just to put his lecture notes in. I still have that bible and will cherish it forever.
