You were definitely a vibrant color in the fabric of my chidhood, Bobby. The Roy Rodeo still holds fond memories for me. Your big laugh was always kinda your trademark in this younger cousin's eyes. Rest easy.

Dear Cuz, What a guy you were. I have so many wonderful memories of you. Upmost are those late night knocks on my door and I found you there grinning and asking if I had the coffee pot on. We killed many pots of coffee talking about books, life, and with some very "healthy discussions" solved all the problems of the world over all those hours. I thank you for all the history lessons you gave me and "some" of the authors you shared with me. I learned so much history from you. We were both avid readers and if I didn't like an author you suggested after reading one of their books I would let you know and you would just shrug and say, "Oh well, your loss". I know you did not have an easy life but I will give you credit - you always did things your way. I loved your wacky sense of humor!! Thanks for taking my daughter & her friend to the Roy Rodeos, your dad coming by and taking my granddaughter to church with him (she still cherishes those memories) and some of these last days we spent together. You fought all the way but once again "DID IT YOUR WAY AND ONLY WHEN YOU WERE READY". Rest in peace, Little Buddy.
Love, Soni
