I hadn't seen Ray for several years but was deeply saddened by his passing. What a great feeling it was to read through this guestbook and see such an outpouring of joy about his character from across the country. Glad Macon was able to share you with the rest of the world. Truly a life well lived however short. Take care upstairs Ray.

I was a student at PLU while Dr. Bradley was a faculty member. However, I was a vocal student and didn't have much personal contact with him. But I heard about him, of his integrity as a musician and of his passion as an educator. My condolences to his family and friends.##imported-begin##Britta Hobbs##imported-end##
My deepest thoughts and prayers are with the Bradley family during this time. I am quite saddened by the news. It was an honor and a priviledge to have called Ray my friend and brother. He was one of those people that filled a room with laughter and smiles whether he was in that room or not. Truely one of God's gifts to this world. Now that he has been "called home," I know that he brought that same gift with him.##imported-begin##J.C. Kirkwood##imported-end##
Dear Ray!!! I will never forget you. Eventhough we did not correspond as often as we should in later years I will always remember the times we shared together throughout the years. Out Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners we shared, times you would spend with us when you would come to Kansas City. The memories are all so precious. I am so proud of all that you accomplished during your life span. All the good you did for others and all the smiles you lift in everyones heart that knew you. I know that where you are you are spreading all your goodness and cheer around Heaven! There are lots of things that I could say that space will not permit. I do want you to know that I am proud of you and your accomplishments and I love you!!

Diana and Family - Just another instance to share in the homegoing of your brother, son, uncle. My sincere condolences for your lost and his rebirth. This is the season when I lost my mom five years ago so I share in the joy of the season and at the same time the loss of a loved one. I'll remember your brother playing at Regional. What a wonderful life he had. Love to you and your family. Teri Early##imported-begin##Teri Wilson Early##imported-end##

Raydell was a Fraternity Brother of mine at Truman State University, (formally Northeast Missouri State University) and a great friend to my wife as well. Ray had a personality that was a large as he was. He always had big greeting, and a warm smile whenever you bumped into him. I played with Ray in the Marching band, Wind Ensemble, and Jazz Ensemble at Northeast. He was an accomplished Pianist, who had Count Basie down cold; and you could always count on "Salt Peanuts" to end up in a solo during any given concert. My wife and I moved to Omaha, after college, and Raydell was then teaching at North High School. He took us under his wing once again and showed us the town. During his short time there, he had one of the best band programs in the history of The Omaha Public Schools. He was a great friend, and will be greatly missed!##imported-begin##Bryan & Marietta Morhardt##imported-end##
Just a note to Ray's family that it was indeed a pleasure and an honor to speak at Ray's memorial service in Macon on Saturday. He was a true friend! We all loved him dearly and will miss him, but we hold dear those wonderful memories of this gentle giant. Saturday's memorial service was was a true tribute to the legacy that Ray left for us. We are all better human beings, for having known him. We also know that he is in a good and safe place with his God!##imported-begin##Barry Bernhardt##imported-end##
My heartfelt condolences go out to the Bradley family. I only knew Ray for a very brief period while attending Macon High School but the impact of his wondrous spirit on me has been lifelong! Although he may not have known it, Ray always held a very special place in my heart & I will truly miss him.
