Phyllis Roberta Hosler's Obituary
Phyllis R. Hosler, 80, passed away on July 6, 2014 in Tacoma, WA. She was born on July 17, 1933 in Grand Junction, CO to George Manley and Lillian Edith (Whale) Dangler.
She was a member of the Franklin Pierce PTSA where she was awarded the Golden Acorn through Harvard PTSA, Tacoma Chapter ABATE and the Cub Scouts Pack #630. Phyllis loved riding on motorcycles, camping and participating in all of life’s activities as long as it included her precious family.
Phyllis is survived by her son Tony Hosler; daughter Sherry (Patrick) Cassidy; brother Richard (Sue) Dangler; grandchildren Brandon Ryan, Tony Hosler Jr., Jay Dee Hosler, Rachelle Cassidy, Victoria Cassidy, Alexander Cassidy, Elizabeth Cassidy and great-grandson Jay Dee Hosler Jr. She was preceded in death by her husband Clayton, daughter Carolyn, sister Sandra Nelsen and ½ brother Byron Dangler.
Funeral services will be held at 10am, Friday July 18, 2014 at Mountain View Funeral Home Celebration of Life Center Aspen Chapel. Visitation will be held from 11am to 6pm on Thursday at the funeral home.
