Oh Phil, what a firecracker he was. I am sure when I look to the heavens he will shout down to me " I see you been hitting the buffets lately". He always told it like it was. Anyone who had the pleasure of knowing Phil, knew the love he had for his family, his home and his dogs. He strived perfection and while working for me he could surpass the young bucks with his speed and his words. Gone but not Forgotten.

Phil was my neighbor for over 30 years. He was a stand up guy and always was willing to extend a hand and help. He took great pride in his family and community.
My family and I have benefitted having him and Jackie as our close neighbors. Many memories of good and bad times.
We are going to miss the guardian of the creek and neighborhood.
