Mr Thomas was my art teacher at McIlvaigh in 1966. One day I was having a hard time with the feet on a clay creature I was sculpting. Mr Thomas helped me by taking a pencil and making perfect toes on each foot. I will never forget what a kind teacher he was. I still have that creature. So sorry to hear of his passing. Debbie Purdin
