I apologize for the late posting. I’m off all social media, so only recently learned of Penny’s passing. . . We met summer after our senior year in high school in 1980 and stayed in touch through Notre Dame and a little bit afterward. Penny was one of the sweetest, kindest girls I knew at ND, always with a great attitude and a smile.
