Noble Howard Penn's Obituary
Born Sept. 8, 1931, in Bottineau, ND passed away peacefully on Dec. 19, 2005. NobleÂ's strong, kind, and gentle nature will be most remembered by his warm welcoming smile, his soft spoken words, and his calming presence. NobleÂ's love and admiration for old cars and trucks, the beauty of the outdoors, and making things workable again, showed his lifelong respect, silent commitment and appreciation to use what he already had. Noble had a system for doing things, an inventor type of creativity, and a steadfast pace of being, that clearly showed he was man of deep thought. Noble taught us all by example; he never made a promise that he didnÂ't keep. Noble is survived by his wife Deloris Penn of Puyallup.
