Noble was a wonderful man, he lives on in memory through his family and friends. I am very blessed to be friends with his daughter, Cheryl, and to know the rest of the Penn family. My mother and I were deeply saddened to hear of Noble's passing. Although I don't really remember him, I remember listening to the stories that my grandparents'(Ray & Bernice)used to tell about playing cards.
