My heartfelt condolence to you, Charles and family.

I have fond memories of Nanette, having been part in the mid 80's, of the Reading Specialists of the Clover Park School District. At one time she and I were room mates at a Reading Conference we attended. Our evenings brought about a lot of conversations about a myriad of topics, but mostly provided me of knowing what a wonderful person she was! Her laughter was infectious and so were her words of encouragement.
Nanette graced my 70th birthday celebration here in Lacey with her presence. It was a kind of reunion as she was then part of the No. Thurston School District. Our paths also crossed at a few grocery stores.
I consider it as a gift for having known Nanette.
May Faith and precious memories of your loved one comfort you always.

Nanette was my principal at Olympic View Elementary. She and I had a wonderful relationship and I missed her greatly when she moved on to River Ridge. Nanette told you how it was and what she thought, and she didn't pull any punches. I loved it. She had a sense of humor and could also take a joke. Nanette was a strong person and a fabulous leader. She inspired and motivated her teachers. She had high expectations and worked with you to meet them. I loved her greatly and will always remember her guidance. Though we hadn't been in contact for several years, I will miss her and the world is a bit less bright without her in it. All my thoughts and love.

Nanette Bullock. I was her assistant in Chapter Reading at Greenwood Elementary School. She encouraged me to do many things out of my comfort. Getting my GED, College, put on plays for the school..one being The May Pole assembly. Doing over night reading with kids. Nanette was the most encouraging teacher I have ever known.
If you had the least insecure feelings she would work with you.
I totally loved her and wish after leaving to join my love of preschool teaching...I stayed more in touch with her. After teaching 40 years. I am retired and feel bless to have known and worked with Nanette.

I am deeply saddened to learn of Nanette's transition. We shared many wonderful times at Greenwood Elementary.She always made my family welcome to her home which meant a great deal for a family so far away from home. I always admired her strength and her ability to accomplish any task with ease,
