Nancy Ann Waterman 1948 - 2013. Affectionately known as "Niki" to those who knew and loved her, passed away suddenly on June 19, 2013, at the age of 64. Niki was born in Tacoma, WA and a lifelong Pierce County resident. She attend Read Obituary
I was heart broken and shocked to read about Niki's passing. We lost a true gem of a person. Niki was tiny but mighty in her love, strength, and compassion. I met her through her beloved golden retrievers- Molly and Honey Blossom. I will never forget her telling me the only thing left to do before I house sat was she had to get the sheets ironed. I just thought that was so funny. Her bright smile will be missed immensely. My thoughts and prayers are with her family who she loved so so much. Love you Niki
Niki was my "friend". Altough we only meet once in our 10 years, we talked everyday, sometimes multiple times each day (work was in there sometimes). She was always there on the other end of the phone with a smile in voice that would spread to our faces.
I miss you friend, may God heal your soul!

Nicki had a laugh that was contagious! I met her as a teenager and she was a new mother. I was always in awe of how she juggled so many things all at once in her life and did it well! She was one of my role models that's for sure! Always so caring and concerned about everyone around her! I thought her little tiny feet in sand les were the cutest and boy her summer tans- the bomb! I knew her life wasn't perfect but she never complained. One of the hardest working women I have ever met. I pray her pain is forever gone and she is at peace! Only wish I could have told her what she meant to me but I have a feeling she already knew. Love ya Nicki!!
Niki-Words can't begin to express the sadness I feel in my heart. I wish comfort and peace to your family and friends during this sad and difficult time. We will all miss you terribly. Rest in peace
