This was because of grandparents Grandma and Grandpa Nordquist the dearest people on the earth. the last time I saw Monroe was when he came to our son Case"s wedding to his beautiful wife lauren...this was three years ago. Norman and Monica traveled with .This was the best gift of all to have them make the trip to Minnesota. Needlless to say there were alot of tears but the very best kind the tears of love and happiness. These are my tears my memories of the gifts of time I had with this dear man. Monroe and I also would write letters to each other when he was in VietNam . I have saved every word and letter. Always in the beginning and the end he wrote of getting home soon to his dear fammily.
