Grandma Mie always had a special place in my heart. She would show up to taekwondo sparring practices with Grandpa and only showed us athletes with kindness and love. I remember her and Grandpa always seeing us athletes with the look of proudness to our team, always showing up to not only practices but to our competitions as well. Every support in our athletic career means so much to us. I always appreciated Grandma and Grandpa, showing up to practice at least once a week to watch her grandchild, Trinity, but also her other grandchildren, the rest of us athletes. To us, she is and always will be our family. Thank you for always being there for us and supporting our team. We will greatly miss you and always love you. My greatest condolences are shared to the Yamada family and we dearly miss you as well. Once again, thank you Grandma Mie for being apart of mine and our taekwondo families life. ❤️ - Judy Hong
