My condolences to Mike's family & friends. Although he was younger than me, I remember some special times in high school, including the dreadful (in my opinion) biology class!
I am sorry to hear of his passing. It's nice to know that Mike had a terrific life with a wonderful family and many friends.

Even after 30 years I can still remember that charming smile and those twinkling eyes. What a great guy to grow up with and I am sorry that so many years went by without us exchanging hello's. I know that he had to be a wonderful husband, father, & grandfather. My prayers are with you and your family. Know that he is dancing with the angels and giving them as much pleasure with his laugh as he gave us the "Class of 67." Only three or four of us remember the time I made a pizza and took it up to the apartment...we end up drinking more pop that eating pizza.

mike and i were good friends through school. i rode along with him and his dad when he went off to the service. and wrote letters while he was in korea. he will be missed. i wish i had seen him again before he passed.he truly will be missed. i wish his family well.##imported-begin##susie snodgrass westerback##imported-end##

Mike was a classmate of mine and a good friend. Our dad's worked for the State Highway Department and we had a bond through our dads and school. Mike had an infectious laugh and I can hear him now. He use to get so tickled with things. His time came too soon, and I will always remember him and his sister as friends of mine. May your family find peace in knowing that his kindness, his personality, and his being a good person to find the peace, as he has now found. I have good memories of Mike at dances and his pegged-legged pants. That was the style in the 60's. He was such a good dancer, all the girls wanted to dance with him.
