All the amazing parties with the Bracy's and Corder's during Christmas. Great white elephant gifts and karaoke. You are going to be missed.
I was fortunate enough to have the honor of posing for a photo with Pap as Batman at his great-grandchildren’s birthday party this year. It was a highlight of my day to get a picture with a real-life hero. In our short interaction it was clear to me that Pap was very proud of his family and loved them all very much. God speed, Pap!
I only got to know Merv for a few years but I don't ever remember seeing him without that fabulous smile or that glorious hat! From one Vet to another, thank you and welcome home! RIP soldier!
I will always remember his bright " kick ass " smile. He and I both served in vuetnsm, but not at the same times. I remember holding Shelia as a baby at my sister's apartment when Merv was overseas. He was a proud Veteran and he served his country in the worst of times. May he finally rest in peace in heaven, no more nightmares of Nam.
