I met Margaret and John back in 1969 while stationed at Fort Lewis Washington. I often visited with Margaret and her husband John when I returned to Fort Lewis from Vietnam in 1970. Margaret & John taught me to play Pinochle, what a game, not many people play anymore. Those were some lonely times for me as a young solider in the US Army. Margaret I just wanted to thank you and John for making my stay at Fort Lewis so much more enjoyable. John, you gave me some really good advice, which served me during my Military career. Margaret you were very good to me, thank you. God Bless you and your family.

I am so sorry to hear of the passing of Margaret. Every saturday night 5:00p.m. mass she sat in the same row with me for almost 2 years. She always had a smile on her face, she was the niciest person that I have ever met. On Thursday morning , she would attend 8:30 a.m. mass , then the rosary after the mass , and then go to the bible study class afterward . I was shock to hear of her death on thursday during mass, Father Peter told announced her passing services for the next day. She was a wonderful friend and I will truly miss her. I am so sorry for your loss of Margaret. She will e truly missed by your family and by our church family. I have wonderful memories of Margaret. She worked all the Catholic Daughter bake sales with a smile. She was a thoughtful sacristan at St Frances Cabrini parish. She was always willing to help as her health allowed. She had been frustrated these past few years when she couldn't always do as she wanted as her body would not allow it. Randy, John, Nick and family,
I loved your mom just like she was mine mom. I have not seen her in years but am very sad at her passing. She was a wonderful person and she will greatly missed. My prayers are with you all at this time.
