My name is Kendra Whitten and I'm the oldest out of 5 . It has been 4 months and yet it is still hard for me to sleep it still hurts and I cant make it stop. I just wanted to hold my dad before this happen. He was a wonderful man, father, husband, pastor, and friend I could talk to him and he would make me smile and laugh and always looked out no matter what he was going through. I love you dad so so much and I miss you so so much please watch over the family we need prayers and help in other things.

Major,
You were my co-worker, my teacher, my friend. We didn't get enough time to talk ever because work was always so busy it seems but I used to love listening to your stories when I had a chance. Your wisdom, your high morals, your dignity, and your position in the community were never in doubt. You were a great man, and I'm proud to have known you. I'll be writing that hit for you someday buddy.
