To the Griffith Family,
I am sadden to hear about your husband's passing and regret that I was not able to pay my last respects. I did not hear the news until yesterday at the Ft Lewis renuion. Someone spoke about him and honored him for his dedication to his family and the fine children that he produced. The picture that was in the paper is exactly the way that I remember him. His smile was contagious, sincere, and it lit up the room. I know that he has a place in heaven although he will be missed here on earth.
My wife and I have a slideshow business. We put together pictures and put them to music along with transitions. We would be more than honored to put a slideshow together in rememerance for Mr. Griffith. This sounds trite, but if there is anything that I could do to help, please do not hesitate to call. Again, I am sorry for loss.

Hello, I share my thoughts with you today for I am not a relative, nor a family member and for the matter, not even a close neighbor, but a community friend whom wishes to express my thanks for the many wonderful contributions and apparent devoted love, kindness, and honor that Luther gave to his family, friends, community, and to his country. We are so fortunate to be able to have you share his many many beliefs in unity, devotion, integrity, and service that he so heartedly believed in. While it is a true day of sadness, I assure you that he has paved the path for future generations. If one, and only one, person used his teachings for their prosperitiy, than he has proven, and given more wisdom, than most men give in a lifetime. Don't let him down by keeping his dreams from those that did not know him or were to young to understand, but celebrate his life today, tommorrow, and for the many years to come. When I read his memorial, I knew that he was proud to be who he was and part of that came from the support, love and belief from you, his family. I did not get a chance to see you alot but the time that I did see you was very special you were so kind to me and my family. I will miss you alot and so will my mother Joyce and my father Jerome. Your spirt will always live on. You have a special friend in heaven that will take care and watch over you and that is my grandmother Queen.
