Lory Kalles, age 91, was born May 17, 1922 in Puyallup, WA. He went home to be with the Lord on July 31, 2013. Lory was preceded in death by his wife of 62 years, Char Kalles, in 2008. Lory is survived by his only son, Mike (Kare Read Obituary
Lory was a great pray warrior for our entire family. When ever we were in need of Gods help Lory is the one we would call. He had a private line straight to the Throne . We will miss him, but we know he is with the Father. No more pain and suffering. His favorite nephew Ron (Terry) Smallwood
Fond memories of Lory , at Puyallup A/G. A true man of God; always ready to pray for any need. We had great fellowship together. Until we meet again in Heaven.

Though Lory is best known as a man of God, who unashamedly lifted up Jesus wherever he went...I recall a man who was not only strong in the faith, but also was physically strong well into old age. He had a way of making everyone feel like they were one of his very best friends, He will be greatly missed until we are re-united forever in Heaven.

I will always remember Lory as a presence in the Puyallup AG, ready to pray for any need. Always faithful, never wavering, steadfast. A true example for all to follow. Dear Mike and family, our heartfelt sympathy goes out to you. We have so many wonderful memories of Lory and Char. We were privileged to spend many hours together in fellowship and powerful prayer times in the early years when we came to WA and the Puyallup AG. We had never been away from our family and were very young, they were such and encouragement to us. We remember you Mike, as a very young boy! We look forward to the day when we will be together in heaven never to be parted again. We know it won't be long!
