OH so sad..my very most favorite Aunt. I am sad I didn't hear from anyone, I so would have been there. I hope and pray for peace and comfort to you all..you were great children to her and took wonderful care of her. I think of old times often, oh the memories!
A memory my mom had shared with me was right after I was born my mom had to go back into the hospital for some emergency surgery. Here she was with a 2 yr old and a newborn, she asked for help from her sister (who had no children at the time) but got none. She said Lorraine stepped right up with 5 kids in tow and took both Jeff and I. She said that was a kindness she never forgot!!
Great lady, with a quick wit and a fun sense of humor. Love to you all!
