Lorenzo Perez's Obituary
Our Beloved Lorenzo Perez, Born August 13, 1970 in Los Angeles, CA. Was tragically taken to soon from us May 29, 2017. He was a loving, and devoted husband, father, grandpa, son, brother, and friend who loved the Lord.
Lorenzo was a family man who enjoyed spending quality time with his wife, and children. He enjoyed traveling, fishing, camping, watching movies, and taking his wife out on dates. He loved taking family vacations to California. Visiting his brothers, sister, parents, and extended family. Also, one of his favorite spots in California was Laguna Beach. He had a great sense of humor, and would crack some good jokes. He was the type of person that was straightforward, and at times had no filter. Lorenzo was a giving, compassionate, and caring person. He would lend of his time, and money without any expectations of return.
Lorenzo was always a hard worker, and provider for his family. He was a fire sprinkler installer for 21 years. He began as an apprentice, a journeyman, and then became a foreman. Lorenzo was a member of the UA local 699 sprinkler fitters. His work ethic was very important he always gave 110% in all that he did. He worked for Smith Fire Systems, and he loved working for his most recent company RedHawk Fire Protection.
Lorenzo liked working on his Volkswagen bug, and going to classic car shows. Always a handyman he would enjoy diy projects, and gardening. Lorenzo would grow delicious strawberries, blueberries, and zucchini in his garden. He loved golfing, and attending his companies golf tournament with co-workers.
Lorenzo loved God with all his heart, and always placed God as the cornerstone of his household.
Although he will be missed dearly, and greatly. By those who know him, and whose lives he touched. He will not be forgotten, but stay forever in our hearts.
Lorenzo is survived by his wife Santa of 27 years, and children Amber, Esther, Rosa, Esperanza, and Samuel. Also, his grandchildren Landon, Alessandra, Madilyn, and Carter.
