My wife and I would like to express our deepest sympathies to the family of Lisa Marie Melancon. We're so sorry for your loss. The death of a loved one is not something we ever get used to. We cannot even begin to know what you are going through.
However, please be assured that the God of all comfort knows what you are suffering and he cares for you. This can be seen from Psalm 34:18 which says: "Jehovah is near to those that are broken at heart; and those who are crushed in spirit he saves."
This God of comfort promises a time when we will have the opportunity to see our loved ones again. John 5:28, 29 says: "Do not marvel at this, because the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his (Jesus) voice and come out, those who practiced good things to a resurretion of life..." God and his son look forward to resurrecting those who have died, because they too look forward to seeing them again.
We hope these scriptures may be a source of comfort to you now and in the days ahead. While Lisa will be greatly missed, it's obvious that she will be remembered by those who knew her as a warm-hearted and caring person.
Again, we would like to extend our heartfelt sympathy to the family of Lisa Marie Melancon.
Sincerely,
Vaughan and Denise Amende##imported-begin##Vaughan and Denise Amende##imported-end##
