Dr. Leonardo Fabian Romero, age 57, passed away unexpectedly in early October 2025. He was born in Mendoza, Argentina in November 1967, and moved to Santa Maria, California at the age of six where he spent most of his childhood. I Read Obituary
Leo was an awesome boss. My time at CP was time well spent. I learned a lot from Leo. I considered him as more than a boss but genuinely a friend. I’m so sorry to hear of his passing. The world is less without him in it. Leo was an example of continuously striving to do more in this life. Following his example is what led me to venture on from chiropractic and become an orthopaedic surgeon. You are missed, Jefe. Jeremy Reifsnyder

Romero family my heart goes out to you. Please know that we/I am here for you and Ready to listen or help in any way you need. Leo was my best friend, mentor, my brother I will always cherish the time we spent together at the clinic, the back yard, fishing. 34 years mi querido compadre, it was not enough you left too soon. Romero family may his memories bring you comfort and peace during this time of sorrow.
