Papa Leo's son, David Brown, and I were roommates at Bishop College where we graduated together. We then attended Virginia Union together in Richmond, VA, where, again we graduated together. I visited David for a week a few years in Popa Leo's house. I respected and admired him as a pastor, community leader, but most of all, as a loving father. I just heard of his passing today. I am in disbelief. A comfort for this double loss in the Brown family.
