Growing up, in Ota Camp, Waipahu, Oahu, Hawaii. My sister Loraine lived next door to us. She and my brother in-law, Urbano was raising their family, There was Roland, Estralita, Rodg, and Ben, than. I remember going to their house to eat dinner, many times. My sister could cook, she was always cooking and always would shared her family’s dinner table, even as they grew in size to 8 children. My sister and my brother in-law always would say “Go Eat”, even if she knew you already ate. Their hearts were big, as you can see by her beautiful children, grandchildren and great children. I would often tease her about marrying, that “Handsome Man”. That was her nickname of the man, she married. She will be missed, but always will live forever in her loving children, their families and in all our shared memories!
