i remember all the times she used to take me to school events cook her homecooked food, but my favorite memory was when we made homemade rice crispy treats and when she thought me how to make cinnamon apple sauce.

Larry you and Latonya were together since the 8th grade and she talked about how much she loved you. She was so stubborn! She wanted to be able to walk down the isle before she got married. Unfortunately God took her before that could happen. I know you are lost without her Larry. She is watching over you. Take care. God Bless You!

Most people wouldn’t think Latonya and I would have been friends, but we were the best of friends.
We meant at work where we would talk for hours about our lives. When I spoke to Larry recently I told him, “you may not know me but I know you.” Because of Latonya sharing so much with me about her family. She Loved you Larry more than I could ever describe.
Every day Latonya and I would exchange GIF’s. Always a “Have a blessed day. Or God bless you!” She called me Vic! We would text at length. Larry said, “I see why you were such good friends you both sent really long texts!” Lol!
I see her name in my phone log and know I should erase it but I just can’t!
I don’t know if I ever will. I still have texts from her but I can’t bring myself to erase those either. 😢 My heart ♥️ is just broken that she’s gone.
Latonya was wonderful to me when my husband died not to long ago.
I know she is in Glory with God! I know she has no more pain 🙏 . I know she is saying hi to her Dad, to Dale, and everyone who went before her. But losing her is so hard for those of us left behind. I miss you my friend. Say hello to Dale for me and I will see again.
I called her Coop, she became one of my dearest friends, we always end our texts and conversations with expressions of love. Not many people got to know the soft side of her because she was so private. She was humble and proud. She was a good partner to her love of her life Larry, and a mother that loved like no other. I knew her children through her beautiful stories and her ( partner ) husband Larry we would talk for hours about our families. This world was a better place with her in it. She would be mad that I’m revealing how sweet she really was, every week she texted or spoke with me and she was always positive and faithful. I know she is in paradise in no pain and will continue to be the guardian Angel she was on earth. Our friendship was unique and built with love, I will forever miss you my sweet friend.
