Judith Wagner, age 83, passed away on Sunday, December 3, 2023, in Lakewood, Washington. She was born to Robert Weightman and Virginia Hays on March 2, 1940. Judy leaves her loved ones with unforgettable memories and loving stories. She will be sincerely missed by her loving family, devoted friends, and all of the wonderful individuals who knew and loved her.
