Joe will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. He was my dancing partner for a couple of years before he met Ann. We have always remained good friends, and he was my special partner for the Swedish Waltz. We danced it together right up until and including the last dance he was able to attend at Collins Grange I never saw him without a smile.
