After suffering a heart attack three days earlier, John, beloved husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather passed peacefully into GodÂ's loving hands while surrounded by the love of his family. His kind and generous heart and positive attitude will continue to influence family and friends alike.John will be missed every day by Judith Ann, his loving wife of 31 years, his 3 daughters from an earlier marriage Joan, Jean and Julie; sons-in-law Robert and Lin; grandchildren Erynn (Jeremy), Todd, Mathew, Timothy, Emily, Alex and Molly, brand new great granddaughter Kaleigh Grace, his brother Hubert (Norma) and many extended family members and friends.John had a special fondness for animals, especially his 3 black labs. His other interests include gardening, boating, hunting, billiards, bowling, and baseball. John belonged to the TYC, the Puyallup Elks, the Grapeview Community Club and Mason United Methodist Church.A celebration of JohnÂ's life will be held at 3:30 PM on Friday, December 17 at Mason United Methodist Church, 2710 N. Madison.Family suggests in lieu of flowers, donations to Mason United Methodist Church or a charity of choice.
