No matter what kind of a relationship you have with someone, it's always rough when that person passes away. I'll be honest, I didn't know him very well but he has been a part of my life. He doesn't know it, but he helped me to become a better person & to take accountability for countability for myself. I'll always appreciate Jack for that.

The last boat we worked on, was the eighteen foot Century. Replaced the vinyl decking with teak strips. It took nine months along with several coats of varnish.

I was deeply saddened to hear about Jack's passing. He was truly one of the kindest and most genuine people I've ever known. Whether it was his passion for cars, his unwavering presence at every MBE HOA meeting, or the countless ways he lent a helping hand, like the time he helped me pull my car when it was stuck. Jack always showed up for others. He wasn’t just a neighbor; he was a true leader in our community and a friend to so many.
His warmth, generosity, and quiet strength left a lasting impression on everyone fortunate enough to know him. And alongside him, Sharon, who is one of the most wonderful people I’ve had the pleasure of knowing, has always reflected the same grace and kindness.
Jack will be deeply missed, and his legacy will certainly live on in the community he helped build and the lives he touched.
