Hello, my name is Rebecca and you dont know me, but the reason I am writing you is because I saw that you recently lost a loved one and I wanted to offer my sincere condolences. It's so hard losing those we love, I know first hand. And it doesn't matter how young or old the person was we still aren't really prepared to lose that one. However what has helped me get through times like these is turning to the bible for comfort. You probably have your own religion like most people do and I respect that. I wanted to share a thought that you might enjoy. It's found at John 5:28,29. It reads, "Do not marvel at this, the hour is coming in which all those in the memeorial tombs will hear his voice and come on out." Isn't that nice to know that soon we will be reunited with our loved ones, and that is a promise from our creator so we can count on that. One more scripture that I want to share is at Revelation 21:4 which states, "And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore, the former things have passed away."
What a wonderful scripture, wouldn't you agree. I have read this more than I can count and I love it. Think about no more death, no fear of losing our loved ones or dying ourselves. No more pain be it physical or emotional. No more tears, only happy tears. It's hard to imagine since this is what we have become used to. However it's a hope that we can count on. We all need hope, it keeps us going.
I just wanted you to know that someone cares and that I hope that you are surrounded by loved ones that can help you get through this time. If you would like any bible based literature or just more scriptures that can help bring comfort to you and your family, I would be happy to provide that for you. Just simply email me. Thank you for your time in reading this.
With my deepest sympathy
