Jo and Don have been my wife and I's insurance people for 35 years. She took great care of us, weather in the office or on the phone.I would like to go into the office to pay bills just to talk to Jo and Don, they always made me feel so taken care of. JoAnn might call me back 4 or 5 times to get things right, that was great customer service. My world is dimmer without JoAnn in it, she was a good person

Sorry to see of Joann's passing, she was an awesome person always friendly and smiling ! I met her and Don in 1973 and they have been inseparable ever since. JoAnn and Don were a great team at the office as well as in life. RIP Joann
