To the Carter Family:
Isn't it always much too soon! Have no fear nor sorrow for Ms Joan D. Carter is home now, comfortably resting and getting used to her white robe and golden slippers. The day will come when the pain subsides and the sun will shine with fond memories of the past. Cry if you must, for crying is not a sign of weakness but the outward showing of the remembrance of such a pillar of strength. To my SiStar and dear friend Deborah, don't be afraid to lean if you must sweetheart, you can come back home to your PHA family and know that we understand what you are going through. To the brother I have never met, this is your time to be human and go through the natural cycle of grieving. For the near and dear friends, your loss is the gain of heaven up above and do not worry, Ms Joan D. Carter will be there to welcome you when it is your time to go home! May God continue to keep and bless all those who are affected by the loss of such a great woman.##imported-begin##Shawn Fogle##imported-end##
