We will miss your father so much. We spent so many years together in Yuma and played many games of pinochle. Dale loved playing the fiddle and we had many "jam" sessions during the winter months. Family reunions were special to all of us and Dale and Ardis were always there helping with everything. Our deepest sympathy for the loss of your Dad. May you find peace through your family memories. I will forever have fond memories of my Uncle Dale. In my youth I thought he was the most handsome man that I had ever seen.
I remember telling my teacher in grade school he was a 4 star general, she asked me his name but didn't recognize it (I can't understand why). I was really impressed by that uniform and the man wearing it.
The world was a better place with you in it, Dale. We miss you dearly.
