Jeanie Gravitt's Obituary
Our beloved mother, sister, grandmother, great grandmother and cherished friend passed away on December 27, 2004, one hundred years, to the day of her motherÂ's birth.Born February 14, 1932 in Oklahoma to Clytie May and Thomas Alfred Ross, this valentine girl became known for giving her heart to her children and delighting in preparing an inviting home from Oklahoma, Texas and California to Washington. A home filled with family and friends was cherished most.She is survived by her sons Lynn Allen (Dottie) Hood, Auburn, WA; and Neal (Joey) Hood, Tacoma; grandchildren Timothy, Jenna, Jillian and Brandon Hood and Adam Bartlette; great grandchild Tammara. She is also survived by sister Ilean Scrivens, Palmdale, CA; sister-in-laws Pat Ross, Kent, WA and Carroll Ross, Visalia, CA; numerous nieces and nephews and very best friend Donna Tarrence.Preceded in death by her parents, brothers Bobby Ray and John W. Ross and husband, may the angels she loved greet her now in her eternal home.A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, December 30th in the Mountain View Garden Chapel.A heartfelt thank-you to Dr. James M.
