I'll always remember Jim as one of the kids I grew up with in the Midland area. He is now in a better place and no longer suffers from earthly pain. May he rest in peace. JERRY##imported-begin##Jerry Fordice##imported-end##

Rest easy, my friend. I'm so glad that you were able to make so many breakfasts with the old cops the last few months. I know you enjoyed the time as much as we did.
Hey folks do you remeber the TV show "Hillstreet Blues"? There was a briefing sergeant that sent the crew out to work. Jim always reminded me of that "first, top" sergeant. Always concerned about the troops. The chief salutes you, Jim!##imported-begin##Lockheed Reader##imported-end##
Dear Skog Family,
I am very sorry for your loss. Jim was fighter all the wasy to the end. I enjoyed very much meeting him in the morning for coffee with all the other "old" guys. He taught me many things as I worked for him and with him. Although we teased each other, I respected him for the way lived his life and often sought his advise. I will miss him always.##imported-begin##Roger Cox##imported-end##
Judy Skog and Family,
Please accept my deepest sympathy for your loss. Jim and I started the department about 9 months apart and I have many, many fond memories of Jim over the years. Golf trips to Reno, Cle Elum, slugfest, snailfest and our monthly sergeants golf outings were among those fond memories.
At work, I could always count on Jim to be a leader within the sergeant's team and I will miss him very much. I wish Jim could have had more time to spend in retirement but I know he enjoyed the time he had.##imported-begin##Gary Williamson##imported-end##
I grieve for your loss of Jim, but rejoice that he is now free from pain and safe with the Father for all eternity. May God's peace, grace and wisdom rest upon you and your family.##imported-begin##Sharon Stubblefield##imported-end##
