Howard (Howie to his friends) was born in St. Paul, Minnesota on November 19, 1935. He spent most of his childhood in Minnesota and to this day he has family members still living there. After high school, Howie enlisted in the Mar Read Obituary
Uncle Howie was a special part of my life when I was very young- and once again these last few years. I remember flying down to Texas with my Grandmother to visit him in 1961-and was glad I had the opportunity to visit with him in Federal Way too. My family and I will miss him.
